Investor Decision-Making Dynamics: Fundamental and Bandarmology Information on Aggressive Investor Behavior

This study aims to look at the effect of fundamental information and bandarmology information on aggressive investor behavior on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool which is then processed and analyzed. The sample of this study was 981 investors spread throughout Indonesia. The data analysis used in this study used structural equation modeling using smartPLS. The results of this study indicate that fundamental information has no effect on aggressive investor behavior. While Bandarmology information has a positive and significant effect on aggressive investor behavior. This suggests that information about bookmaker activity in the stock market has a strong impact on how aggressive investors make their investment decisions. By having better access and understanding of the bookie's actions, aggressive investors tend to be more confident and tend to follow the bookie's actions in their reactions to market changes. For capital market regulators and supervisors, these findings suggest the need to closely monitor the use of Bandarmology information to prevent inefficient or manipulative market behavior.
