In the world Due to the recent development in technology for the field of Medical Science it is much easier to determine the several parameters of the patient via electronic device such as temperature Heartbeat. One of such electronic device is Heart beat monitoring System. The occurrence of persistent illness has set off the highest concern which health sector faces these days. The medical management sector is ensuring to meet the needs of people with persistent illness who need regular monitoring for an extensive time, remotely. The persistent illness has demanded for the increase of telemedicine usage. As such there is need for the Remote Monitoring System Heartbeat Detector. With the ATmega 238 as the heart of the system, it uses the pulse sensor; the analog data collected by sensor is transmitted from the transmitting device. The key contribution of this work is the design of a low cost and compact heartbeat detector circuit that can detect heartbeat and display the result on 16x2 LCD and send the result to GSM Mobile Phone.
