3D Model of the Mechanical Part of a Sensor System for Collecting Data in an Agricultural Robot in a Catia Environment

Computer modeling is widely advocated in almost all areas of the industry. There has also been progress in the use of different 3D models in the agricultural sector, in particular in crop cultivation machines. This article attempts to design the mechanical part of an auxiliary system to an agricultural robot. This system will make it possible to extract data on the specific state of the microclimate needed to implement different approaches to crop cultivation in order to try to reduce costs and increase yields. The main attention is paid to prototyping and obtaining the three-meter digital model of the data collection structure, with a connection being the real model. An analysis of the tense state and deformations in some details of the structure has also been carried out. The created models were developed with the CATIA product of DASSOULT SYSTEMS.
