Bibliometrics Analysis on Mobile Consumer Electronics Technology

In the academic fields of “ Mobile” or “ smartphone” and “ Consumer Electronics” or “ Technology”, few articles have been written to create an interactive dialogue between these three terms. This study intends to dive into this area. In the academic context of the keywords “ Mobile” and “Consumer Electronics”, there are only some statistical overview papers without further analysis of potential research themes and future trends that may emerge in this field, and this study uses the bibliometric approach to study potential research themes. The main questions include the following. What are the potential research topics that can be derived from the classification results obtained through co-words occurrence analysis? What technologies are currently used in each topic? And how can they contribute to the future trend of research? This study grouped 11 research topics using verbal analysis to explore research trends in the field and provide references for future research directions.
