Editorial TDEI—Year’s Review and Outlook

While 2022 will probably enter the history of IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation (TDEI) as a year of major changes—the change of the publisher (IEEE Publishing Operations), the editorial system (ScholarOne), and the IEEE Transactions layout, 2023 can be considered as a year of consolidation for our journal including all processes around.
