Modeling of A Grid-Following Inverter Considering the relationship between PCC and POC Voltages

This paper proposes a mathematical model of grid-following (GFL) inverters, which is applicable to the following model reduction process. The model expresses the dynamic current response of the GFL inverters seen from the point of common coupling (PCC). The accuracy of the model is improved by incorporating the difference between voltages at the point of DER connection and the PCC. The validity of the proposed model is ascertained via computer simulations in the Matlab/Simulink environment.
