Analysis and Study of Radiation Emission Measurement of Integrated Circuit

In order to understand the electromagnetic emission generated by integrated circuit (IC), according to the coupling mode of IC generating electromagnetic emission, the measurement principle of electromagnetic emission of IC is analyzed, and the electromagnetic emission is measured on two IC. The measurement data shows that IC will produce significant electromagnetic emission. Through these measured analysis and research, IC manufacturers will value the electromagnetic compatibility of IC in the design process.
