Abstract:

Hilbert transform is an important mathematical operation method used in signal processing, data analysis and feature extraction of images. Here we propose an in-plane meta device for implementing the spatial Hilbert transform (HT) based on silicon photonic platform with a footprint of 15 μm × 45 μm, The correlation coefficient (CC) of 98.9% and root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.05 are achieved between the numerical simulation and the theoretical calculation.
