Pattern synthesize of a spherial conformal array antenna by SQP algorithm

In this paper, we propose a new method for synthesizing the radiation pattern of a spherical conformal antenna array using the Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) algorithm. The SQP algorithm is a powerful optimization algorithm that can be used to solve a wide variety of problems, including antenna pattern synthesis.Our proposed method is able to synthesize radiation patterns with low sidelobe levels and high gain for spherical conformal antenna arrays of arbitrary shape. This is achieved by formulating the antenna pattern synthesis problem as a non-linear optimization problem and then using the SQP algorithm to find the optimal solution.We have evaluated the performance of our proposed method using a number of numerical simulations. The results of the simulations show that our proposed method is able to synthesize radiation patterns with low sidelobe levels and high gain for spherical conformal antenna arrays.
