Optimal Service Recovery Modeling and Algorithm for Feeder Cluster of Urban S-SCDN after Fault

The Supply region of Substation Centralized Distribution Network (S-SCDN) is a new regional division of complex urban medium voltage distribution network. S-SCDN can also be divided into multiple Feeder Clusters (FC). Aiming at FC power supply restoration after fault in S-SCDN, this paper proposes a power supply restoration method considering reconfiguration optimization. At first, an optimal service recovery model is built which considering recovered load, network loss and switching operation times and constraints. Then, an ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model and search the load transfer path. Cases study has approved the method and algorithm.
