Research on the Pricing Mechanism of Wheeling Cost Considering Network Channel Occupation

The implementation of market-based distributed generation trading is beneficial for promoting the nearby consumption of renewable energy, and reducing the electricity costs of users to a certain extent. Checking and ratifying the wheeling cost is an important prerequisite for market-based trading of distributed generation. A method for calculating wheeling cost is proposed based on the principle of “who uses, who bears” and evaluating the permitted revenue of power grid enterprises by voltage grade, while considering the use of electrical resource, which is also called network channel, by both parties to market-based distributed generation trading. It helps traditional users and market-oriented transaction users share the permitted revenue of power grid enterprises reasonably and reduce the cost of market-oriented transaction users.
