The Design and Application of Intelligent Detection and Management System for Low Voltage Distributed Photovoltaic Metering Box

In response to the low level of digitalization, informatization, and automation in the detection of low voltage distributed photovoltaic metering box, there are problems such as insufficient analysis of detection data, manual recording of data, difficulty in data traceability, and low level of data application. The article analyzes the traditional detection process and methods of the low voltage distributed photovoltaic metering box. It combines traditional detection methods with IDS intelligent detection system and modularizes the detection process. It then develops an intelligent detection management system for the low voltage distributed photovoltaic metering box, which meets the digitization and automation of detection. Through on-site operation and research, it has been shown that the detection efficiency of this system has been improved by 72% compared to traditional detection methods, effectively reducing the labor intensity of detection personnel. It can also improve the fairness and impartiality of detection results, ensure the consistency of supply, and further improve the detection management level of the low voltage distributed photovoltaic metering box.
