Novel Processes for IR Drop Reducing on the Application of Large Size AMOLED Display

We propose a novel process using anode electrode as auxiliary electrode for reduction of VSS drop by exposing the edge of sandwich structure anode layer. In this process flow, an innovative structure is fabricated, which could successfully contact the auxiliary electrodes with top-emission OLED cathode to reduce IR-drop in large size AMOLED display.
