Analysis on Anti-Interference Performance of Sensor in Explosive Electromagnetic Environment

During the secondary detonation process of fuel–air explosives (FAEs), there is often a large time deviation or even misfire in the detonating time of the fuel. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the anti-interference ability of the fuel in an explosive electromagnetic environment. The operability of measuring the electromagnetic sensitivity of a detonation sensor in an explosive field is poor, and it is necessary to study equivalent simulation methods to analyze the sensitivity of the sensor in different electromagnetic environments. An explosion electromagnetic pulse simulation experimental system and an equivalent experimental method for sensor interference caused by electromagnetic radiation are designed to achieve interference measuring of explosion electromagnetic radiation on the sensor under laboratory conditions. The interference coefficient is quantitatively expressed through the interference index of explosive electromagnetic radiation, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to organically combine all the influencing factors of explosive electromagnetic radiation on the sensor. An explosion electromagnetic radiation interference model is established based on experimental data, and the reliability of the electromagnetic sensitivity analysis method is verified using the compatibility index measurement method. Finally, based on the classification of the electromagnetic sensitivity of the sensor, a method for electromagnetic pulse protection is proposed.
