Development and demonstration of cutting-edge technologies for time-domain diffuse optics

Several technological advancements are changing the time-domain diffuse optics perspectives, boosting the achievable performances and opening the way to unprecedented applications: extreme throughput detection chains, large collection area sensors and time-gating. These advancements, in particular those achieved at Politecnico di Milano, will be discussed.
