Multi Criteria Decision Making for Ranking Digital Vocational Education

In this paper, the researchers were interested in multi criteria decision making (MCDM) for ranking of digital vocational education. The framework for such a ranking, when combined with academic processes, can be significantly improved. This paper aims to 1) Synthesise the components of digital vocational education. 2) Synthesise the ranking process using the MCDM method. 3) Propose a conceptual framework for digital vocational education ranking. The results revealed that the framework of digital vocational education consists of five components: (1) the learner, (2) the teacher, (3) the course of study, (4) participation and (5) fundamentals. The MCDM method has five method for ranking: (1) collect data, (2) data normalization, (3) incorporate weightings, (4) analyze, and (5) ranking. At the analysis stage, there are four ideal methods for sequencing data. These are AHP, Fuzzy-AHP, TOPSIS and Fuzzy-TOPSIS.
