Review on Evaluation of Power Communication Network, Dispatching Automation System and Distribution Automation System

The secondary system such as power communication network, dispatching automation system and distribution automation system of the power system has achieved rapid development, which has played an irreplaceable role in improving the level of automation, interaction, and informatization of the power system. Therefore, the progress of research was comprehensively evaluated from three aspects: power communication network, power system dispatching automation system, and distribution automation system. The research results in the comprehensive evaluation of power communication networks mainly focus on quality evaluation and risk assessment. Most of the research on dispatching automation systems focuses on intelligent device development and advanced application theory research. The comprehensive operation evaluation of the distribution automation system also mainly focuses on the two aspects of system operation evaluation and system economic evaluation. Finally, the construction of the secondary system of the power system has achieved some fruitful results, and the direction of secondary system development in the future is pointed out.
