Revenue Distribution Method of Virtual Power Plant Considering Alliance Stability

Virtual power plant technology is conducive to the aggregation of massive and dispersed distributed power supply and flexible load. By tapping the response potential of load side to improve the flexibility of distribution system, it can reduce the investment cost of source side or physical energy storage. Firstly, the bidding deviation penalty mechanism is introduced for the uncertainty factors of photovoltaic output. Secondly, conditional value at risk (CVaR) is used to measure the reliability risk of communication power supply caused by the call of standby energy storage of 5G base station, and a market competition model is constructed that takes into account the risk cost of internal resources of virtual power plant. On this basis, a VPP profit distribution model suitable for multiple members is proposed considering the internal member profit contribution and profit growth rate. The simulation results show that the proposed model can ensure the fairness and rationality of profit distribution, and is conducive to motivating DERs to join VPP and improving the stability of the alliance.
