Strategy for Decentralized and Coordinated Optimization and Scheduling of Regional Interconnected Energy Systems

In order to achieve efficient utilization of energy, a decentralized coordinated optimization and scheduling strategy for regional interconnected integrated energy systems is proposed. First, based on the principle of regional decoupling, the region is decomposed using the power of interconnection lines as the coupling variable. Then, the target cascading method is used for decentralized solution, decomposing the scheduling problem into a main problem optimized by the upper-level dispatch center and sub-problems optimized by the lower-level dispatch centers. Case analysis shows that the interconnected integrated energy system can effectively improve the wind power consumption level, reduce system operation costs, realize energy exchange between regions, fully leverage the power supply capacity of both sides, and achieve optimal allocation of resources.
