The Functional Structure in the Decision Support System for the Automation of Passenger Transportation Management

The authors are developing an intelligent decision support system for the automation of passenger transportation. A new decision-making support information system for the automation of passenger transportation is proposed by means of a developed functional scheme of modular interaction and an orderly sequence of data processing. In order to experimentally confirm the efficiency and correctness of the work of the developed decision support system, the stages of its implementation are determined and the data array is filled, part of which is obtained through modeling by taking into account experts' assumptions about the distribution of the values of this data, and the other part - from statistical data received from carriers. A new fuzzy dynamic model for choosing a route option based on its attractiveness has been developed. The results of the implementation of such a model in the MatLab software environment and its testing are presented, based on which the need to change the route based on the efficiency indicators of this route is built.
