A High-Precision Single-Frequency Positioning Method Based on PPP-B2b Service and Extended Kalman Filter

The PPP-B2b signal can provide users in China and its neighboring areas with real-time high-precision positioning service. Considering that single-frequency receivers have the advantages of low cost and high-performance, and have broader market application potential, we propose a high-precision single-frequency positioning method based on PPP-B2b and extended Kalman filter (EKF). Experiments demonstrate that, first, the positioning accuracy can reach several centimeters in static mode, and decimeter or meter level in kinematic mode; second, GPS positioning accuracy is the worst, and there will even be positioning interruptions. The dual system performs positioning better than the single system does.
