Traceabilty in the Instant Herbal Compress Ball Supply Chain

The research aimed to create a traceability system for semi-finished herbal compress ball in Ban Huai Han Herbal Community Enterprise, and to assess the use of the traceability system from customers. The developed system has the capability to trace the production process of herbal compress ball in the supply chain effectively. Additionally, it can provide relevant information that helps build customers confidence and contributes to the product's added value. The satisfaction assessment results from customers using the traceability system were high, with a mean score of 4.07. It further mentions that the aspect of ease of use, mainly attributed to the packaging, received the highest level of satisfaction. Additionally, it states that the product will include a QR code that customers can use to check the product process.
