Sampled-Data Secure Group Consensus for Nonlinear Multi-Agent Systems in Fixed/Switching Topologies

In this article, under fixed and switching topologies, the secure group consensus problems are addressed for nonlinear multi-agent systems with replay attacks, where only sampling output is available. First, in place of introducing a compensator system, the control signals are provided by outputs of the agent and its neighbors at current and a finite number of past sampling instants, which alleviates computational burden effectively. Second, based on these control signals, two novel distributed sampled-data secure control protocols with gain are designed in fixed and switching topologies, which avoids uninterrupted communication and control updates, thereby reducing communication burden and saving system resources. Further, the secure group consensus is achieved successfully meanwhile compensating for replay attacks by the proposed control protocols, the gain control method and the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method. Finally, two simulations are performed to illustrate the validity of the results.
