Reliable passive control for stochastic switched systems based on event-triggered communication scheme

In this paper, the reliable event-triggered passive control problem for a class of stochastic switched systems subject to actuator failures is addressed. Under the proposed event-triggered mechanism, there is a mismatch between subsystems and their corresponding controllers. A method of the merging switching signal method is introduced, a closed-loop networked switched stochastic systems with the merged switching signal is established under a mode-dependent event-triggered scheme. By employing the Lyapunov function and the average dwell time method, some sufficient conditions are obtained such that the resulting closed-loop system is mean-square exponentially stable and satisfies the passive performance under asynchronous switching. Subsequently, the corresponding reliable controller gains can be derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities by using the matrix decoupling approach. Finally, one numerical example is used to show the effectiveness of the approach proposed in this paper.
