Design of Ignition Sensitivity Test Device and Application of D-optimality Method

This paper analyzes the principle and process of the existing ignition sensitivity test of energetic materials, and designs a new type of automatic ignition sensitivity test device for the lack of complicated operation of the ignition sensitivity test device. The device uses the mobile terminal as the control core to control the high-precision numerical control voltage source to achieve efficient voltage regulation; The calculation process of D-optimality method in sensitivity test is analyzed, and the Android program of D-optimality method sensitivity test is designed and developed. The calculation accuracy of the program is verified by using the method of standard calculation examples compared with simulation, and the D- optimality method is tested for the ignition sensitivity of an igniter. The results show that the device improves the efficiency of the test while meeting the test accuracy of the ignition sensitivity test of energetic materials.
