The problem of H

dynamic output feedback control is studied for TCP/AQM network congestion systems in this paper. First, the TCP network system is modeled as a T-S fuzzy system with time-delay and disturbances. Then the dynamic output feedback controller is designed to guarantee the exponential stability of the studied system.
