Research on collaborative model of supply chain logistics providers towards intelligent manufacturing

In view of the problems of high operating costs and low resource utilization rate are caused by unreasonable task allocation among logistics providers in the supply chain of intelligent manufacturing, a collaborative model of logistics providers in the supply chain of intelligent manufacturing is proposed. By establishing an optimal logistics task cost model and an independent logistics task allocation model, the logistics providers oriented to intelligent manufacturing can realize horizontal and efficient collaboration. In order to improve the speed of solving the model, the improved brain storm optimization algorithm and sealed bid auction mechanism are used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively determine the reasonable redistribution of multi-logistics providers and multi logistics-tasks in the intelligent manufacturing supply chain, and realize the horizontal coordination of logistics providers in the supply chain with low cost, high efficiency and high service quality.
