Design and Research of Civil Aircraft Door Warning System

Whether the door of a civil aircraft works reliably or not directly affects the flight safety of the aircraft, and in severe cases, it may even threaten the lives of the crew and passengers. The door warning system is an important subsystem of the door system of civil aircraft. This paper focuses on the safety issues of flight accidents caused by door accidents caused by the failure of the door warning signal or the error indication, and a set of advanced civil aircraft door warning system is designed. In this paper, the detailed function of the door warning system is described, and the door warning system is built with FPGA microprocessor as the main control unit, the design of the door warning controller and the test section are tested and debugged, and the corresponding false alarm suppression control strategy is put forward. The experimental results show that the system can meet the functional performance index, and can operate reliably and suppress the false alarm in the process of operation. The design framework and method of the system can provide some reference and guidance for the future model development.
