Study on Synchronization Point Self-learning Strategy of 3DHT Synchronizer

Mainly analyzes the control method of the gearshift actuator of 3DHT, and puts forward the learning strategy of the dynamic synchronizer synchronization point based on the P1 motor, P3 motor, C0 clutch and gearshift actuator in the static state of the vehicle. The complete learning strategy is established, the control model is established by MATLAB, and the closed-loop control platform is established by the compiled control software and the real vehicle. The analysis of the real vehicle test results shows that the proposed learning strategy of synchronization point can make the synchronizer learn the synchronization point under a specific motor speed and gear when the vehicle is stationary, which provides the most important parameters for the shift control of the synchronizer, thereby indirectly optimizing the shift performance and improving the service life.
