Virtual Means of Cyber-physical Production Systems

Important quality indicators of vegetable production are indicators of product safety, in particular, the level of presence of heavy metals. Therefore, it is important to develop instrumental support in the form of measurement and control tools. With the help of primary converters, indicators of product quality are described in an electrical way, acting as a test signal and measuring immittance. According to immittance quality control, the object of research is presented in the form of an electrical substitution circuit with the parameters of resistors R, inductances L and capacitors C. The means of measurement can be virtual, as the most quickly implemented to track the level of presence of heavy metals. The proposed virtual tool for monitoring the content of heavy metals in vegetable juice is based on the LabVIEW platform with the involvement of the NI USB 6009 block, which is used to generate a sinusoidal signal and feed it to a container with electrodes filled with a model solution. The specified block is used to measure immittance. The proposed virtual tool uses mathematical processing of the measured voltage and current values. To calculate the immittance in this study, we use the Fourier transform. This made it possible to conduct an express analysis of the juice for the content of mineral substances according to electrical parameters.
