Superlattices in CsPbBr3 Nanocrystals Wavelength Dependent Impedance Spectroscopy($\lambda$-IS)

In this work a study of the exciton dynamics in perovskite CsPbBR3 nanocristales which shows, according to the XRD results, a superlattice signature observed in the literature. Wavelengths dependent Impedance spectroscopy ($\lambda$, -IS) characterization shows different shape and size of arcs for each wavelength studied. The Nyquist plot shows an absence of internal interaction for blue wavelengths. As the carrier density increases, significant changes can be observed in the resistive, capacitive, and constant-phase element parameters, as evidenced by the fits to data and equivalent circuit. And constant phase element responsible for the dynamics of charge carriers occurs only once in the equivalent circuit for wavelengths of 605nm and twice for the rest of the wavelengths studied.
