The DSP and DDR4 VLSI Design for Multi-Sensor in Biomedical System

DDR4 is a high-speed memory structure commonly employed in modern medical devices. The benefit of DDR4 architecture enables fast data transmission and efficient data processing, it can effectively reduce the time for responding to medical devices and improve their performance. Therefore, our proposal is to design under Verilog and implement a DDR4 structure in order to transfer the biomedical signals of temperature, electrocardiogram(ECG), and electroencephalogram(EEG) data, furthermore, using ModelSim to simulate and verify the accuracy of the system.
