A Method for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Combat Plans Based on Matter-element Extension Model with Variable Weight

The effectiveness evaluation of combat plans is a complex process involving multiple indicators. Accurately evaluating the effectiveness of combat plans is of great significance for improving combat effectiveness and ensuring the quality of task completion. A method for evaluating the effectiveness of combat plans based on the variable weight matter-element extension model was proposed. The variable weight theory was used to determine the weights of different evaluation indicators, reducing subjective factors in the comprehensive evaluation of combat plan effectiveness, and reflecting the initiative of each evaluation object in quality evaluation. Taking the optimization of a certain combat exercise organization plan as an example, the effectiveness of the method was verified by comprehensively scoring the four alternative plans based on the effectiveness indicators of four different combat plans.
