Research on the relationship between excellent employee welfare policy and employee performance based on Aprior algorithm

Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of the market economic system, China's economic field is undergoing important reform. A reliable and effective theory for the enterprise to plan the development direction and development strategy, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, more and more important. Among them, attracting outstanding talents, stimulating the vitality of employees, and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises become the primary problem to be solved. Some successful cases of excellent enterprises at home and abroad prove that the improvement of corporate welfare is positively related to the introduction of talents, the guarantee of employee stability and the improvement of corporate performance. At present, the research in this respect is not very rich in our country, so this research can provide some beneficial reference value for the present question day. According to the existing literature, this paper divides enterprise welfare into statutory welfare and enterprise independent welfare, and studies whether employee welfare is positively correlated with job satisfaction and enterprise performance through various indicators and questionnaires of enterprises. At the same time, it provides some constructive countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to increase employee welfare input.
