Composite Materials Based on Thermally Expanded Graphene and Metal Nanostructures in a Polymer Matrix for Solid-State Batteries

Methods for the formation of various composites based on on thermally expanded graphene and metals/metal oxides, such as FeO, ZnO, Cu, Ni, Ag, etc., are presented. Of the methods of composites considered in the work, the simplest and most scalable method of mechanical intervention is of greatest interest. Thin-film electrodes formed on the basis of the obtained composites on a nickel-plated foil current guide made it possible to evaluate the electrical properties of materials, the prospects for using the obtained films to create TB. When using a 5M NaOH solution, batteries based on the proposed composites were tested. For the ZnO (mix)/TEC+Glue Cu (mix)/ TEC+Glue battery under consideration, the specific capacity was 152 F/g.
