Application Research on Multi-dimensional Protection of Gas Pipeline against Corrosion

The gas in the steel plant and power plant contains a large amount of acidic and corrosive gas, which is very likely to cause pipeline perforation, cracking and gas leakage, resulting in fire, explosion and personal injury and other malignant accidents, bringing significant losses to life and property and national economic construction. The problem of gas pipeline corrosion has become a major scientific and technical problem facing the gas pipeline. In view of gas pipeline corrosion problem, multi- dimensional protective measures such as gas pipeline and attached equipment materials gas pretreatment, new organic anti- corrosion materials and anodic protection for different parts and working conditions are systematically researched in order to achieve the overall protective effect.
