A Bibliometric Analysis of Cloud Computing and Business Intelligence

As in many technology-based subjects, Cloud Computing and Business Intelligence are developing rapidly today and allow interactive structures with each other. Within the scope of this study, primarily a historical analysis of the concepts of Cloud computing and Business Intelligence was carried out. Via the analysis carried out, the areas where these two technologies have been used from the past to the present, the number of academic publications, analyses about the authors, and the importance of their interoperability were investigated. For the study, articles published in the Web of Science index between 2017-2023 and written in English were examined. Considering the number of studies conducted by years and the speed of technological developments, it is thought that the concept of “Cloud Computing” may increase in the coming period. Additionally, it is noteworthy that the number of studies in which the terms “Cloud Computing” and “Business Intelligence” are common and irregular.
