Advancing Quality Metrics in Statistical Data Analysis

A methodology is proposed for assessing the quality of a data set using the finite difference method. Corresponding measures, assessment models, and reference values are defined for the proposed quality characteristics. The proposed methodology has been applied to analyze statistical data characterizing the mortality rates of the populations in Russia, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Japan for 2013-2020.
