Software of the "Alice" Type for the Multi-Agent System of Monitoring the Problems of the Development of the Car Service Industry

the paper considers the problems of organizing of monitoring the service and maintenance infrastructure of the transport industries with an illustration on the example of the auto service industry. The article proposes the principles of systematization of information for a multi-agent monitoring system and information services for the industry, focused on digitalization and voice assistant technology.
