Approaches to Diagnostics of Natural-monopoly Properties of Extra-urban Transport Networks

Model approaches are proposed, and computational procedures for assessing technological characteristics of the network transport subsystems operation and development are elaborated, which make it possible to clarify the influence of the natural monopoly synergy effect. Calculation results are presented for various formulations of the problems of diagnosis on natural monopoly properties concerning extra-urban regional transport networks based on models of natural monopoly normative identification).
