Construction of Guaranteeing Controls in the Model of the Production Subsystem of the Enterprise

The paper examines a model of the production subsystem of an enterprise operating under conditions of uncertainty. The set of possible values of uncertain factors is specified using a scenario tree. Statements of optimization problems for finding guaranteeing controls are presented. Their solution is demonstrated using a numerical example.
