Problems of Creating a Scientific and Production Sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan: Exploring Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)

This research article aims to provide a comprehensive definition of the scientific and production sphere, considering both scientific and economic perspectives. The study further seeks to establish criteria for delineating this sphere and determine its functional content in relation to the national economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research was conducted by the Research Institute of the physical profile, signifying the expertise and authority behind the study.
