Development of Lorawan Based Water Quality Monitoring System

Access to clean water is a basic human need and right. Our water supply is primarily sourced from overhead tanks and municipal water dams. And this water typically passes through a variety of processes that could contaminate it. As a result, it is crucial to verify the quality of the water before drinking. To regularly keep track of the water's quality, we plan to construct an IOT device in this paper. The apparatus keeps track of water's temperature, turbidity, conductivity, and pH. The proposed device utilizes the Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRa-WAN) due to its extensive coverage and minimal power requirements. We can calculate the level of contamination and the necessary water treatment procedure using the data on water quality.
