Analysing of the Efficiency for Ladle Furnace Improved Electric Modes Control Algorithms at PJSC "MMK"

The article presents the results of the work on implementation of improved electrical mode control systems for ladle-furnace units operating at MMK (Magnitogorsk, Russian Federation). A brief structure description of the research objects and the electrical mode control systems functioning on them is given. The graphs of changes in electrical and technological parameters of the LF are presented, clearly demonstrating the operation principle of the new algorithm. With the regression analysis use the technical effect estimation was carried out by the results of implementation, expressed in the form of specific power consumption reduction. According to the work results, conclusions are made about the effectiveness of the proposed solutions, as well as their universality and the possibility of application on other similar units.
