A Study on the Control of Linear Conveyor Module

In response to the issues of easy spark generation, complex control system, and high cost in the sliding contact power supply used in the linear motor transmission module, this paper establishes a control model for the linear motor unit module, adopts PID control algorithm, and develops a control program for the linear motor transmission line module. The wireless communication module is used to communicate with multiple motors, and wireless power supply technology is used to power multiple linear motors. Through debugging and operating tests on the direct drive flexible transmission line, the repeated positioning accuracy and absolute position accuracy of the direct drive conveyor reached

., respectively. Compared with the current direct drive conveyors in the market, the repeated positioning accuracy and absolute positioning accuracy have been improved by more than 75%. The control system is applied to the direct drive flexible linear conveyor, and the control effect is good. It can achieve high-precision, flexible and stable conveying of linear conveyors.
