Network Centric Warfare and OODA Loop

This paper describes network centric warfare in the context of the OODA loop. In the first part of the paper, a warfare system dynamics model is proposed that incorporates the OODA loop phases and tempo. In the next section, the possibilities to increase the effectiveness of the specific loop phases in order to gain superiority over the adversary are analyzed.
