International Trade Digital Transformation Impact on the Global Digital Platforms Expansion

The aim of our study is to analyze the new business models of platformization and their impact on the international exchange system. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a scheme of changing the business model of a traditional company taking into account digitalization and under the influence of global digital platforms. Today's global digital platforms have an increasingly significant impact on international trade and further internationalization of global production. Faster and more successful entry into global markets is largely driven by global platforms. Global digital platforms make episodic links between exporters and importers located around the world stronger, making international exchange more stable and predictable. Our study examines the ecosystems of global digital platforms that facilitate their enhanced and active participation in international trade, as well as the parameters of the impact of global digital platforms on the development of international e-commerce. The study separately emphasizes aspects of digital transformation of international trade on the basis of the development of global digital platforms.
