Big-data-based KPI Performance Appraisal System of State Grid Provincial Metering Center

With the continuous strengthening of China’s research on complex energy monitoring, relying on mature big data technology based on the actual operation of KPI index system theory in the field equipment of "Four Lines and One Library", this paper uses the information system and its machine learning algorithm to realize the automatic statistical analysis and intelligent decision-making suggestion of KPI index of operation and maintenance management, which can provide practical support for the digital management of operation and maintenance on-site, and significantly improve the internal management ability and high-quality service level of the measurement center.
