Implementation Smart Tecnology Based on Industry 40 through the Redesign of the Solar Pond

Redesign and implement solar paddlewheel using rational methods to improve production efficiency on the use of production equipment in the shrimp pond East Rawajitu, Indonesia. All research data collected is processed using a rational method combined with the Quality Function Deployment method at the Determining Characteristics stage, which will result in the design of a solar pond paddlewheel to reduce operational costs focused on the use of shrimp production aids. The results of the identification of the need for a solar pond paddlewheel using the rational method and Quality Function Deployment found that the priority needs were for a pond paddlewheel not using fuel with a value of 4.67 then, the pond paddlewheel is easy to use with a value of 4.33 and the material for the pond paddlewheel can last for a long time with a value of 4.23 and lastly, the pond paddlewheel is safe to use with a value of 4.13. Based on the results of the redesign of the solar pond paddlewheel which has been tested to be implemented in the Dipasena Earth Shrimp, it provides an increase in operational cost efficiency of 44.66%. The result of the study shows that cost effisiency increases 45%.
