Configuration Optimization Methods for the Energy Storage Capacity of Wind, Photovoltaic, Hydrogen and Energy Storage Off-Grid Systems with Stability and Economy

Aiming at the capacity planning problem of wind and photovoltaic power hydrogen energy storage off-grid systems, this paper proposes a method for optimizing the configuration of energy storage capacity that takes into account stability and economy. In this paper, an impedance network model for the off-grid system was established, through which the open loop transfer function and close loop transfer function were derived. Besides, the constraints on the stability margin of the off-grid system were realized by constraining the pole distribution of the system. Based on the key constraints of off-grid system operation, this paper took the minimum system construction costs as the target function, and established an electrochemical energy storage and hydrogen energy storage capacity configuration optimization model. For specific examples, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was utilized to optimize and solve the configuration optimization model, and the solution results proved the effectiveness and rationality of the strategy proposed in this paper.
